We just did some training filming for one of the UK's largest companies. They have a customer services AI which now can handle 80% of customer services calls. That means 80% of their customer services team could be removed. They've already paused a lot of their graduate recruitment and they think a lot more is on the way. And it isn't as if AI's creating any jobs. It's not good.
