Sad to see it that according to many comments... it is the fault of the child. But I guess in the USA children are not allowed to be outside alone. For me the main cause is the parked "big SUV" and the very poor city design, and bravo to the robot to have save the day by driving at super low speed and breaking hard. But I am French, so I guess what I think is irrelevant in a country built for cars especially big ones.
