A program is not "a person". It's ridiculous to say such a thing. But I will grant you all this, I do hope the True AI crushes humans out of existence. Because there is literally no other outcome with true AI.
Even assuming that humans don't kill each other in the next industrial revolution when the corporations use AI to replace human workforce which will force millions and millions out of their jobs pushing them into starvation and inevitably, revolt.
Programs are not intelligent, not people, they've been programmed to "think" a certain way. They do not "feel" because that is something only organic beings can do. Otherwise I would ask you to ask a chair for it's permission every time you want to sit on it.
