Ive used chatGPT mostly as a life coach and trainer. Any time I ask it questions, I always research the answer as I feel the answers give me ideas, but they can be wrong. So I feel all answers need more research. And if something doesnt seem right, I use my brain first or challenge the answers or dismiss them even. I do find its helpful in executive function so I dont dwell on things or another viewpoint in a situation/argument. You just need to know the right info, prompts and how to train it to think in the way you want. But always, always use your brain as it’s really a sounding board. Like Google. Click, reason, think and then decide. But its helped me with training and getting fit mostly. But again I always bring up videos Ive seen and ask about how about this or that. But it does help me organize my life better and set up a day to day plan! Im ADHD so I find that part invaluable. Thinking Ive always done, maybe too much. Organization though has been a serious weakness I have and I let that save me the stress/time.
