People who train dogs will not give a homicidal dog that defies all training for adoption. That's why rigorous safety tests are done on cars (not so much now with all the new chips and internet connectivity, I guess). Food safety, in countries that care, is also a thing.
AI only knows ABOUT things that humans experience but doesn't experience them - compassion, what sunlight feels on your face, the joy of playing with baby animals, laughter at the silliest things with friends, the smell and feel of wet soil, the awe in growing plants from seed. How can you expect anything else from it, then?
