The vast majority of those whose jobs are at risk utterly loathe their jobs and want to escape them.
Ensure their quality of life and give them the time and oppotunity to chase the careers they actually want, and suddenly AI-influenced employment changes look entirely different.
I'd love to see UBI for everyone's sake... but I just don't trust decision makers to get it right. It's a very corruptible control and obedience system.
