I see a lot of CLEVER people out there talking about the future of AI, about the job market impact, all these kind of things.
Yet NOBODY is hyped for talking about at least 1 solution solving the question of "how can the already-vanishing, economically extremely important middle-class keep their existing income or even increase it".
And when we talk about raising taxes for big corps - to pay basic income as a right for everyone - do you see this coming ?
Do you see any kind of basic income initiative being executed ?
A lot of blabla about 'drafted already' and stuff like that, but timing is crucial: DO YOUR POLITICIANS introduce basic income already ?
Because AI is here and companies are firing thousands already, so one side of the scale is already there, where is the other ?
Or does your society first rip off every possible person and job and just then introduce some barely-enough basic income ?
