why not use an AI tax for developing a universal health care system. The current system with the physisican, pharma, and health insurance cartels would reduce the 20% fraud and scams (900 Billion per year) reducing the cost of Medicare and Medicaid from 3.6 trillion and not waste the 2.5 billion per day that those cartels cheat the government. That benefit would help every citizen in the usa and improve each family's economic condition.
