I don't know if i can consider myself disabled, but I have a bit of tremor in my hands, and I still draw, it can be a bit hard sometimes, but I'm still against use of ai. While it's true that it might help some artists who want to create, but can't move their hands at all, or have even worse tremor than me, but you can always tell your ideas to other artists for them to draw, and it would look way better than ai "art"
