Even with AI you still need employees to interface and quality control the output. The real issue is AI lowers the skill barrier of entry, meaning you don't need to hire talented people for these entry level positions, just people who can prompt the AI. Add to this the fact that remote work has become normalized since covid, so you can simply do labor arbitrage overseas.
