That's just not true if you turn off data collection in OpenAI, BUT also even more important... AI != OpenAI, and moreover LLMs DO NOT "train" or update neuron weights as you run a prompt through the model- that's not how it works and "training" is extremely expensive. If you use AI for therapy and you turn off any form of data collection, or even better, use the LLM locally (offline, there are plenty of them out there now), all of your claims made in this video are false or better yet fear-mongering. OpenAI has data collection on by default for personal users, but if you turn that off, problem solved. Instead, narratives like this scare people away from the technology for therapy or simple advice when in many cases it gets the person to seek actual help.
