Have you ever heard of Kim Hyung Tae? He was a known artist in S.Korea and Japan, but when the advent of generative AI happened in 2022 he started posting AI generated images instead. People started calling him out, but he expressed back that generative AI is better than him and supports it. You will also know that he is the CEO of Shift Up, and the creative director of Stellar Blade. What I don't like is that there are a lot of artists that know him and actively supports his IPs. Some of those artists rant about generative AI and AI users on social media and some tags their bio with "NoAI." A few of them also brag on social media with a posted screenshot of a like and repost from Kim Hyung Tae.
