I remember seeing Builder. It was very sketchy sounding when I saw it was based in India. I'm like that is NOT a good sign. Even when all that NFT & AI business was taking off. If you have to feed something foreign things that either belong to someone else or just simply use millions of photos in order for it to work, it's pointless.
You can't generate an image and call it art. Some part of the image has to EXIST first, meaning the art has to be gathered from somewhere. If it's someone's personal artwork, that's theft.
