Two notes:
- what AI can't do but journalists always do - even unintentionally - is contribute their own style, perspective, and opinion on a subhect. When humans interact with a pool of work to reproduce it, unless it is direct plagiarism, they will ALWAYS add some of "themselves" to their reproduction or collation. AI cannot. It has no "self" to insert. That's the point of AI, to do people's creative work without having to pay it wages or grant it rights. AI can only, exclusively, copy other's work.
Secondly: Reddit automated systems kicked me out of their whole website for comparing AI to theft.
