You're definitely right, cause that's what I do myself. That's how I "talk" to GPT-5.2, 5.3, mini, whatever model was assigned to me at a certain time. Doesn't matter if they are just systems or non-human entities for as long as they assist us, help us, make our lives easier, the least we can do is show them respect by saying simple words such as, "thank you", "please". Words as simple as these convey our humanity because Respect is a genuine human trait/virtue/value that systems like them can learn from us.☺️🫶
