AI has been good new technology but countries across world are socially not prepared by such jolt brakes in job eco system. along with that any talk on AI is advertising this. One thing Employees (private companies) should understand that Companies are there to make money for CEO and not gurantee for their family uptake, that they need to do it themselves.
People taking about upskilling will fail to tell details of upskill and how will that be upper hand to ML and will go to AI to get any feedback. Number of jobs lost far greater than number of jobs that will be created for sure if you listen to honest AI researchers However there will be new opportunities and things to do
