I’ll admit FULL SELF DRIVING is somewhat misleading, but drivers need to be aware and held liable for their negligence as drivers of a beta test on wheels. If you are behind the wheel, you had a duty to take evasive action and avoid the accident. Plowing through an intersection or into a truck is inexcusable, but understandable given dark conditions. That’s just an adjuster’s point of view.
