I'm sure smart well-trained AI agents can do most jobs well. But that's not what we're going to get. That'll cost too much. Businesses will opt for the cheapest, stupidest bot they can find that can just barely do the work without any regard for the customers who have to interact with them. It's always all about the bottom line. Always has been, always will be.
