I don't use a hand saw for cutting through 2x4s anymore than I write my custom methods to loop though an array.
we had auto complete in the terminal, then fuzzy finding. Now I just fuzzy find through my history to instantly open a file based on prior usage.
hell, I used AI to help me get setup using local speech to text transcription on my machine.

there's always going to be something you gloss over, that's the friggin point of abstraction.
