the scariest part about the deep fakes and stuff like it is they aren't just targeting people with a following/famous people (not that they should be doing that to them either!!!) its anybody and everybody, my best friend had an Instagram account of her with photos she never took. but it was her face, her name, similar username to hers etc. it got taken down finally but it took days! that shit was publicly available for days!! luckily she wasn't too emotionally affected by it but I can only imagine if the pictures had gotten more risqué. it was mostly just suggestive poses and I think one bra picture, but it was obvious they were slowly ramping it up. terrifying.
