Really thoughtful video -- well done. Regarding the "decentralized" model, what is the nature of the work these people will be doing? It seems pretty vague.
I certainly agree that the history of new technologies is that, in the long run, they create more jobs than they destroy. But I see a couple of reasons that may not apply to AI: 1. This technology is moving much, much faster than previous technologies. We don't have a generation (or even a decade) to adapt from one form of work to another. 2. Previous technology innovations have still left a lot of work that only humans could do. AI is so capable, my fear is that the remaining "human-dependent" jobs won't be sufficient to provide full employment.
