This might be hard to understand since you're not a software engineer, but AI has tons of human involvement. The amount of time, energy, and creativity that goes into creating those AI you're dismissing is on par with any artist.
There's a reason software has "authors". It's a creative expression of logic, and human knowledge. As far as it not being real, like in your YouTube example, it absolutely is real and not "scripted". The author does not tell the AI "when user types X, generate Y". That is what a script does.
Finally, let's stop making this serious issue about insecure artists. If your complaint about AI is how it affects artists, then you need to do more research. YOUR video has the same stance as me, AI art will not replace human made art. They are not mutually exclusive. So let's focus on real AI issues instead of everyone who does fanart thinking they understand how it works.
