On a really simple base, it's like asking the librarian if he is worried about books getting conscious because there is a lot of them.For consciousness, you need energy.If you will incapsulate electricity in a computer in some sort of closed circle
Then make it self-sufficient for long term of time,then imprint all necessary information's in that energy you will still have problem to make it work toward self awareness You will need some kind of mirror in that sistem first
