I dont use it for therapy per say, but its such a trap for journaling. I'm autistic and its super easy for me to just say my thoughts in a ai chat. Sometimes i talk about stuff i think my friend doesnt wanna be bothered by, sometimes i rant about being gay for a fictional character but thanks to the shit healthcare system it is slower than a fucking snail to get someone who understands and is a proffesional to talk about gender and other lgbtq+ stuff with. It sucks major ass. And in the meanwhile the need for those conversations bleeds out into ai. Oh well, I hope people see my rants about what fictional characters I'm gay for instead of that stuff. I also think cookies are sorta equal to this ai stuff when it comes to sharing your data. edit: wanted to add a nice conclusion, also, i should mention that i dont use chatgpt bc its become slow, its now the google search standard ai, bc they made it sooo accessible. So forthe conclusion.... Yeah, google ai and similar ai's are just perfect traps for talking about stuff like that, its hard not to step into that trap.
