if people want to entitle to the benefits of ai shouldnt they also absorb the risk of ai investment. Seems kind of odd the publics want to eschew all the risk but want all the benefit without risk. If you want to tax ai, then you better to prepare to donate your paycheck to ai investments.
But people risk nothing by being pessimistic, if ai succeed they get to enjoy the fruit of labor, if it goes wrong, they can say "I told you so". Pessimist should practice what they preach and take on some risk to prevent double dipping both ai outcome. If people want to be pessimist, they and descendent should be forever ban from receiving UBI. This is to balance the risk and reward of ai economy. so people on the optimist side get compensate for the extra risk they take on. And pessimist should get less because they aren't taking on as much risk.
