I think the future of AI lies in other areas than art or even coding. Ai is working great for complex problems which are hard to solve otherwise. One great example would be alphafold. Or in the future maybe even chat gpt acting as a teacher to relieve the human teachers and personalize the lessons. Generative AI on the other hand does not nearly reach the great pictures artists are creating. It sure is fun to play around with but for professional purposes it is straight up not good enough. Stolen content or otherwise. Imo companies should just stop stealing artists work and focus on the useful kind of AI instead.
