Okay, regardless of what caused the crash, my question is why such a "modern, advanced, safe" vehicle didn't intervene when the driver clearly swerved into the oncoming lane. Seems like tesla is at best seriously lacking in safety features present in many other brands and at worse releasing false data to cover up serious flaws in their "self driving"
