This argument is so irritating to someone like me. I have no artistic talent but wanted to make 3d sculpts and I've actually reached a point where I feel comfortable selling my work and people have bought it. I gained that ability through hard work and self reflection on my own work as well as a hell of a lot of help. You can be born without natural skill but if you take on the advice of people that do have that skill you can add it to your own toolkit. My work is very much a mechanical process of things fitting in place and coming together as something greater than the sum of its parts overall, but that's still my work, I didn't steal it and I can be proud of it. AI "artists" are jealous of talent but don't want to learn to gain those skills themselves. Will I ever be a great artist? No, but I'll be an ok artist and that's good enough for me.
