i really don’t think ai art will “steal” the jobs or money of artists. cuz if you look back to when the first camera was invented, artists were horrified that photographers would “steal” their jobs as well. but clearly, that didn’t happen and artists have adapted and learned to coexist with photographers. now i might hear you say that “photography is different! the point of art isn’t to capture or replicate reality!” and yes, that is true but i think that as long as we keep ai art as a tool or luxury, then artists should be just as fine as they are now :)
