It will be awhile til robotics combined with AI are capable of replacing (almost) all blue collar jobs - and even then they'll more likely require 'handlers'. The energy stations/utilities required for data centers and AI will be either still in the building process or just beginning to come online. After that, I can see acceleration in many aspects, but the mechanical side required for maximum dexterity and speed that matches human ability will take more time.
