Thanks Jack for this interesting interview. We see and feel a global rising of human consciousness rapidly the last 1-2 years as well and this is an important factor. And rising consciousness can reduce risk to minimal. So instead of being optimistic is important to see all factors.
AI is a topic that brings us into deeper questions about consciousness and about why and how we exist here.

If AI safety doesn’t scale with intelligence, how do we talk about real limits without removing human agency—so the response becomes responsibility, not panic or “there’s nothing we can do”?
