Sorry, but this is amateur legal hour. You should invite someone with a legal background to go through this. In particular, you can't just throw out a one-line summary of the Thompson Reuters case without understanding/recounting the particular facts. That was a very different case from OpenAI or Anthropic using books from libgen (etc).
