The reality is you are going to have to accept that an algorithm will produce better quality content than a human artist. It would be one thing if artists themselves also could not go through and use the system but they can. And artists can go through and correct imperfections and produce higher quality art than a normal person could.
On top of that every art piece that is created by anyone is a collection of previous pieces that have informed and artist style. The art that the artificial intelligence are creating is significantly different than any one of the single compositions it learned from just like an organic artist creating their own art.
