Everyone is being fired. Nobody is being hired.
The current jobs are either fake, or offering next to nothing because they know how many people NEED a job vs. how many jobs are out there...
Over seas, H1B's, AI. We're going from an era of "Have's and Have-Not's" to "Have-not's and Have-Yachts"... When these kinds of CEO's lose it all, I have the same sympathy they had for the American worker they let go after 20+ years of loyal service.... which is zero, zero sympathy.
Edit: I work between 50-80 hours a week depending on what's needed. I can't afford much of anything. The older generations tell me to just work harder. I think they just want me to kms through work exhaustion.
