I find AI is good for getting me started at work or for provoking ideas I might not have had. Where it lacks is when I lean on it too heavily, it often leads me down quite ridiculous rabbit holes that would do more harm than good. I think it's overall a time saver but the jury's still out. As far as customer service goes, I am super happy to use AI to begin with, but I want a panic cord to get to a human if I have a query that's unusual or I can see that the AI isn't handling it well.
