This video is nice and all, but when did higher management care about humans?
I think they'll double down on AI, arguing: oh this next generation AI is PhD level, oh this next generation AI is much better than the last one. This will keep happening until the bubble collapses,. Then a lot of people lose their job, inflation will be higher than Snoop Dogg, but don't worry the tech companies will be bailed out (from the money of the people ofcourse), because they will be deemed essential by the governments (for the right amount of money ofcourse).
Sounds familiar? History repeats itself.
