The truth is that the work of the AIs is purely transformative. Just like fair use, the AI is making something new, new as something a human would do, creativity doesn't exist in a vacuum, and neither do AIs. You can't copyright a style. The AI is not making direct copies of your artworks, but is making art inspired by it.
