This is so unbelievably stupid and actually fascist.
The legal system should be able to demand a jury to be part of every step involving those cases. The police should be able to provide What type of crime the person is accused of committing in the future, When the crime would happen, where the crime would happen, and how their algorithm works out that conclusion. If not in technical terms then in abstract terms.
This is intellectually outrageous, and some of the worst news I have ever heard in over 20 years.
