I think you are misunderstanding the debate about getting rid of copyright law a bit. The argument is that these companies are making so much money by leveraging the same copyright law against creative people. The discussion is obviously too nuanced to sum up in a youtube comment, but the serious proponents against copyright law are not advocating that AI should just be able to scrape your stuff and resell it but anyone should be able to use any inspiration source (usually with proper credit), something almost all artists do anyway already but at the moment they also have to be afraid that Disney might send them a cease&desist letter.
