6:36 your mistake is assuming AI is making the creative decisions - it's not. AI art like the example you showed in the beginning IS human art.
if you need to pick up a pencil to something be considered art then all 3D artwork is not art.
there's loads of pre-written command prompts to use while animating something in after effects or blender - AI software like stable diffusion or any other is just a more straightfoward way to make digital animations
I do believe the slop you also showed can't be taken seriously. but there is solid AI art out there. it's valid. it's creative. it's the product of a human
