After a while, all these CEOs going full throttle with AI, and thereby firing human resources, will start wondering why their products and services are not being bought in the market by the masses. And then they realize that its the same people whom they fired who were also their customers. Then these corporate honchos will go to the government saying people lost their purchasing power and need to get universal basic income in order to survive and start buying again their (AI produced) products.
