AI will continue to advance to the point we will be in a literal prison of our own creation. Any little regulation that gets regularly overlooked, like creeping forward into intersection to make a turn (technically illegal to creep up), or crossing a street not using a designated crosswalk, etc., will all be monitored and immediately fined on the spot. Like bruce willis in Fifth Element where he drives reckless in his taxi and the AI is automatically liie "you just did X Y Z, thats 2 points on your license". It will be the supercop nanny state that no one wants but the "secret club" would love to unleash.
