Some AI is regulated … FSD will not be released without regulatory involvement and fixed after an accident / injury / death (like the history of train industry) it will be assessed by transport regulators before it can be released ensuring it is safe before allowing its general use … should all AI types not have regulation and be assessed before giving access to general public ensuring it’s safe and has very low risks which if realised the system will fail safe ensuring the safety of humanity ??
