These AI phone systems are an utter pain in the ass to deal with. Thanks for the disservice to everyone in order to line your pockets. If I call a business I want to talk to a person not an AI robot asking me to answer "yes" or "no" to stupid questions that have nothing to do with what I'm calling about.
