For instance, at the very limit between the moment the driver starts moving muscles and the moment the pedal creates the cascade of events for an acceleration, on the road, that is the moment AI misses. It is not only the machine that is to be observed, while moving, but the operator. That is sort of what we humans do, by using the mirror. We see the driver, calculate the position, our position and metrics, and the ATTITUDE of the driver and of other drivers. For us, EVADING might be REDUCING SPEED instead of waving around.
