The first comment about how throughout history people have worried about machines taking over and not having jobs is not comparable to this in the slightest.
I mean the population has doubled since the Second World War. 4->8 billion.
This isn’t comparable to the Industrial Revolution when there was barely anyone on planet earth.
There’s 8 billion people and it will most likely climb to 10-13 billion.
Also rapidly losing a third of jobs isn’t gonna magically make new jobs, I mean people have a skill set they learned, so they’ll have to somehow learn a new job if it isn’t minimum wage jobs.
