16:00 that is 100% the root cause of this bubble. The core concept being the speculatory nature of the current global economy, hence everyone going crazy and spending money on something we don't even know will actually work for us long term, yet it costs more money than any technology we had before. AI is only profitable if you are super well positionned as a business and spend less than you make. Small business try to ride the wave, the profit is dependant on market sentiment, the products are not good, ghey have insane churn rates, they end up making no money and owing to seed round investors, any kind of fund raising or leverage or borrowing, banks. When the bug fish tap out they get bailed out, but not the millions of small investors who now have to find a job in a 25% unnemployment rate in some subdemographic groups like men under 30 is a good example. Once your business fails and you have ti go back tk work you owe money and can't find a job and you weren't able to capitalize on the Bubble so you're done at that point, cooked.
