Common good & the universal social welfare has to be established! We need a world of conscious responsibilities..rather than just a civil rights! Our risks can stem from our need to have a functional government and political and financial needs of getting elected every 2 years!
So like any other technologies
like nuclear power, chemical-biolfical weapons, ability to hunt & kill animals at a wholesale level...all powerful energies require deterrents!
Not to put the damper..but this is the time to take on greator responsibilities!
