Well DeviantArt was already DEAD, the majority of artist uses ArtStation, in the other hand from 5 websites that offers text to image IA generation I contacted after see my art can be used if my real artistic name is added to the promp and explain them I will take legal actions 3 offered me a monetary compensation that is minimum but at less they are willing to pay for it, the other 2 not answe my messages then I already ask my attorney to take actions, the main reason I am taking this legal crusade against AI generators is simple, many artist make a living from their hard work, I am in good economics and I do not need the money from those generators to survive but some artist are really going through hardships with the actual global economic crisis, the developers of Stable Difusion dodge the problem by saying they are not responsible of what people is doing with it, like the owner of an armory stop being responsible of a weapon after sell it, but is not like they are innocent at all, this problem requires government intervention and legislation not only in the USA but world wide, for the moment I am only able to punch the face of the online generators hosted in servers in the USA, they always LIE saying that the AI will stop using your art because you don't have a way to ensure is the case, I believe until more artists like me take actions they will keep stealing, then right now the only I can suggest is that ALL users close their DA accounts immediately and move to ArtStation, actually my wife made a joke telling me could be cheaper to pay a hacker than all I will spend in lawyers and I am considering the idea 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
