Watching this conjured up headlines in my head where we actually lose control of the LLMs and media starts using some variation of the phrase "The AI Pandemic is Here" as people's bank accounts are emptied en masse and rolling blackouts occur randomly while the models try and divert more and more energy and resources to themselves.
